Terms of Sale

• All prices are FOB Hazleton, PA and subject to prior sale.
• Prices include reconditioning with the exception of those described differently.
• No warranty is expressed or implied unless received in writing from Rowlands Sales Co., Inc.
• Any returned material must have prior authorization from Rowlands and may be subject to restocking and/or return freight charges.
• All sales or use taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Delivery is available at an additional charge. Prepaid freight shipments via ICC carriers, unless paid in advance, will be invoiced at cost plus a 15% fee and are payable by Federal law within 10 days of shipment.
• Equipment purchased in "as is" condition is subject to lower pricing and inspection is urged before purchase.
• Most skidding or crating is subject to additional charges. Skidding and banding, domestic crating, or export packing are an additional 1%, 2%, or 3% of list price, respectively.
• Export documentation and/or irrevocable letters of credit may require a service fee.
• Prices and specifications subject to change without prior notice.
• Terms are 50% deposit with order, balance upon shipment. Orders will not be processed without deposit and required samples.
• All delivery times are approximate and quoted from receipt of deposit and required samples, rather than receipt of order.
